Job Description
- Ensure all food is of excellent quality and served promptly.
- Plan the menu, keeping in mind the budget and availability of seasonal ingredients.
- Monitor all kitchen operations.
- Coordinate kitchen staff and assist them when needed.
- Train staff to prepare and cook all menu items.
- Take inventory of ingredients and materials and place orders for stock replenishment.
- Enforce safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Create new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
- Stick to industry trends.
- Get feedback and make improvements if necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Culinary school diploma.
- Previous experience as a supervisor.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary arts.
- Perfectionism in hygiene and quality control.
- Catalog of creative and unique dishes.
- Expert multitasking.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform inventory and order for replenishment.
- Exemplary work ethic in a high pressure environment.
- Passion and pride in making people enjoy food.
Required Years of Experience: 1 year to 2 years
Salary:Â $13.00 – $20.00/hour
