Job Description

  • Responsible for training, guidance and advice for all sales personnel
  • Needs to work with human resources development to start recruiting candidates, interviewing, evaluating, training and mentoring new employees, assessing employee work and performance, and retiring poorly performing employees
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure clarity of common objectives, which he/she must disseminate to field employees
  • Meet with important clients and scout for potential prospects regularly
  • Promoting the organization and products
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course
  • 2-3 Years of experience in Managerial position
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

 

Required Years of experience: 2-3 Years

Salary: $28.85 – $50.48 / Hour
