Job Description:
- Setting tables, polishing glasses, folding napkins, and replenishing condiments are all part of the opening duties.
- Attending pre-shift and general meetings to stay up to date on special offers and stock issues, as well as to discuss service and product issues,
- Assisting management and hosts in meeting, greeting, and seating guests, as well as providing food and wine menus.
- Before guests select items from the menu, introduce yourself to them and inform them of special offers and stock shortages.
- Ensure that beverages are served quickly and continuously replenished.
- Ensuring order accuracy when entering orders into the POS system.
- Following up with the back of house on food and beverage orders (BOH).
- Checking on guests to ensure their satisfaction with the product and overall experience, and providing feedback to management.
- On request, providing guests with their check and sincerely greeting and thanking them upon their departure.
- Closing duties include sweeping and vacuuming, as well as preparing linens for collection by the laundry service.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in a high-volume or upscale restaurant.
- Product knowledge training, as well as written and oral exams, must be completed.

- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Available to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
