Job Description
- Perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs as well as preventative maintenance
- Inspecting trucks, cranes, bulldozers, and other heavy equipment for proper performance
- Complete shop paperwork
- Cleaning and servicing of machine attachments like winches, blades, and side booms
- Repairing damaged equipment parts
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets
manufacturers’ specifications - Reporting damaged or faulty equipment to management
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 to 4 years of experience with diesel/heavy equipment repair
- Excellent mechanical atitude, coordination and proficiency
- Understanding of computer testing technologies
- Proven work experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic
- Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipment
- Good communication skills
Required Years of experience:Â 2-4 Years
Salary:Â $23.50 – $44.00 / Hour
