Job Description:

  • Create, implement and evaluate all HR policies, procedures and structures.
  • Prepare job description, recruitment position and recruitment process.
  • New employee orientation and current staff training.
  • Manage health and preventive insurance plans.
  • Design and implement effective training and development plans.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Ensure that all employee records are kept and updated with information about new hires or employment status changes.
  • Monitoring the performance of employees.
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate record keeping of employee information in electronic and digital formats.
  • Communicate with employees about issues affecting their performance.
  • Implement systematic employee development procedures.
  • Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits management.
  • Make sure all employees are organized and satisfied in their working environment.
  • Identify company hiring needs and manage the hiring process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Monitoring of departmental budgets.
  • Provide advice on policies and procedures.
  • Answer staff questions and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Communicate with potential candidates.
  • Contact candidate references and check job listings education.
  • Manage personnel records, including resumes, candidate logs, and employee forms.
  • Establish employment contracts and verify their execution.
  • Issuance of registration documents for new employees.
  • Explain the benefits.
  • Answer questions about company personnel.
  • Maintain employee confidentiality.
  • Help distribute training materials.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Have a good knowledge of labor law and the payroll process.
  • Good understanding of the entire recruitment process.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of database software, messaging systems and office software.
