Human Resources Professionals Jobs in Canada (NOC 1121)
Job RequirementsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or an equivalent is required.
- Experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with coworkers.
- Experience  educating and coaching employees.
- Experience  with workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Experience  adhering to and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Capability to deliver presentations
- Understanding  of relevant health and safety laws.
- Experience  with a variety of computer tasks.
- ​ Knowledge  of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Terms of Employment:
- Fulltime
- Permanent Position
- 40 hours per week
Salary: Â $41.80 – $57.69 per hour
Required Years of Experience: Â 2 to 3 years
