Job Description:
- Set production goals and coordinate a plan to achieve them.
- Ensure production on schedule.
- Ensure products meet quality standards.
- Writing production reports.
- Analyze production data and optimize efficiency.
- Guidelines for efficient equipment layout and material flow.
- Ensure workers and equipment meet performance and safety requirements.
- Monitor difficulties in this process and look for opportunities to improve performance.
- Hire, train and evaluate worker performance.
- Assist staff with questions, concerns or comments.
- Supervise employees and assign tasks to employees.
- Liaise with other departments, such as finance to set budgets, human resources to hire new workers, or logistics to ensure product delivery.
- Set up machines and safe environment for production.
- Manage the workflow of a production project.
- Ensure efficiency in the process.
- Monitor the quality assurance of manufactured materials or goods.
- Planning, determining the optimal use of workers and production equipment to achieve production goals.
- Determine if new machinery or production methods are needed.
- Ensure production is on schedule and on budget.
- Coordinate production with sales, marketing, procurement and other departments, as well as suppliers and shippers.
- Helps ensure that customer, statutory, standards and internal requirements are met or exceeded. Hire, train and evaluate production workers; supervise workers to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
- Analyze production data and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement; identify and use methods to make the production process more efficient and effective.
- Write production reports and present them to senior management.
- Live fixes (corrective actions) for any production issues that may arise; work with the quality manager in developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, commerce or engineering.
- Prior management or production experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage members of a cross-functional team.
- Technical production skills (e.g. technical drawings, blueprints, CAD/CAM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other industrial software.

Required Years of Experience: 1 year to 2 years
Salary: $26.00 – $39.42 per hour
