Job Description:
- Directs and evaluates the operations of the administrative department and employees to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Develop, analyze, review, and implement administrative systems and controls.
- Train, hire, coach and direct support staff.
- Generate, review, and report service data and use that information to troubleshoot potential problems or improve performance. Establish and enforce departmental regulations, guidelines, budgets, and deadlines.
- Manage or supervise employees as they perform basic office duties, such as answering phones, greeting and directing visitors, arranging meetings or travel, and distributing mail .
- Ensure that information and records are organized and stored appropriately. Supervising the maintenance, repair or replacement of office equipment and machinery.
- Assist in the design and installation of office space.
- Ensure office systems, controls, policies, procedures, and works paces comply with applicable laws or regulations.

Job Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and administrative or clerical experience is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Additional certificates or licenses can be a plus.
- Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions.
- Strong planning, critical thinking, problem solving, task and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in office technology and equipment, such as computers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and telephone systems.
- Good communication and communication skills.
- Outstanding ability to identify and solve problems as well as perform cost-benefit analyses.
- Ability to solve basic math problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or similar software.
- Knowledge of basic office and administrative systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of basic business and management principles applicable to resource allocation, leadership techniques, personnel and resource coordination, strategic planning, and human resource modeling.

- 40 hours per week
- Day, Evening, Shift, Overtime, Morning
Salary: $44.42 – $77.40 per hour
Required Years of Experience: 1 year to 2 years of experience or in related field.
