Job Description:

• Comply with health and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean workplace and production floor.
• Assemble products and parts.
• Follow manufacturing instructions and specifications.
• Finish and pack the product for shipment. Operate and maintain production line machinery and equipment.
• Track the assembly line and eliminate defective products.
• Work on the production line and meet production targets.
• Report any problems to the supervisor on duty.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout the plant by hand or using motorized equipment
• Inspect and weigh materials and products
• Sorting, wrapping, cartoning and packaging materials and products
• Support machine operators, assemblers and other workers
• Clean work areas and equipment
• Perform other primary and labor activities.
• Safely perform personal and professional duties by following proper work procedures .
• Perform and document PT/FT testing.
• Monitor and store operational supplies as needed or directed; shafts, pallets, films, etc.
• Move rolls from production to shipping.
• Collection of scrap and waste from the baling process.
• Support the laminating team in the preparation of production materials.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• A first experience in a factory is an advantage.
• Experience using production machinery.
• Ability to work in groups.
• Good communication skill.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical dexterity.
• Available to work in shifts.
• Ability to learn to use computers.
• Be able to fulfill all the physical requirements of the job and work safely.
• Ability to understand and follow operating/work procedures.
• Ability to read, write, keep neat and accurate records and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to fully understand the quality requirements of engineering hardware products and its role in quality assurance.

Terms of Employment:

• Full time
• Permanent
• 40 hours per week
• Day, Evening, Shift, Overtime, Morning

Salary: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour

Required Years of Experience: 1 year to 2 years of experience or in related field.
