Job Description:

  • Greet customers and offer them refreshments.
  • Transcribe, save, fax and file documents.
  • Maintain records, database systems and inventories.
  • Using office equipment such as copiers and fax machines.
  • Communicate with customers and employees and respond to any questions or complaints.
  • Organize and forward incoming mail and email, prepare and send mail.
  • Reserve and prepare meeting rooms and ensure refreshments are available.
  • Book flights and accommodation as needed.
  • Coordinating activities and disseminating information to office staff.
  • Independently perform difficult and complex office tasks that require good judgment, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Read, understand, interpret, apply and clearly explain various human resources rules, practices, procedures and policies. Examine, identify, and correct mathematical calculation errors and the entry or misapplication of rules in a variety of documents. Plan to prioritize work to meet regular deadlines.
  • Understand and interpret various computer reports.
  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with employees, candidates, and others with business contacts.
  • Solve different problems. Examine and process a variety of HR-related documents, such as payroll action forms, insurance and claims forms.
  • Prepare and present in front of groups.
  • Basic correspondence. Use a computer or terminal to collect, enter, prepare, and print a variety of data, documents, and reports.
  • Operating common office equipment.
  • Walking on rough, uneven, unpaved or hilly terrain.
  • Process, verify, and document documents related to HR activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, complaints, performance reviews, and triage of phone and written inquiries
  • Publications from employees and the public on personnel matters Organize internal and external training activities.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma with relevant experience.
  • A certificate in office administration or an associate’s degree in office administration may be required.
  • Solid computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Friendly behavior.

Salary: $17.69 – $24.50 per hour
