Job Description

  • Broker of record has to be licensed as Broker in Saskatchewan/Alberta Real Estate Board with minimum 2yr + of buying & selling experience( or even any realtor who has 2 yrs+ of experience which means he is eligible to be Broker of record) preference for the candidates in Regina and Calgary or near 20-30 km radius can be considered as well.
  • Good communication skills & having good command over English-Flexible & available for business operations, Saturdays are working days.
  • Solicit property sales listings from prospective vendors.
  • Draw up sales agreements for purchaser’s and seller’s approval.
  • Conduct open houses for prospective buyers.
  • Assist prospective buyers in making offers of purchase on real estate properties.
  • Use real estate software packages; Assist prospective buyers in selecting, visiting and inspecting real estate properties.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
