Recruitment Specialist

Greentech is currently hiring for “Recruitment Specialist” in Regina, SK

Qualification and experience

· +2 years’ experience in HR within a fast paced office environment

· Education/ or experience in recruitment /talent acquisition

· Proficiency in MS office – word, excel, ppt. and outlook

· Experience of working on various job portals, social medial platforms and ATS System

· Exception written and spoken English and interpersonal skills

· Strong organization skills

· Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

· Diploma/Post Graduate in HR or Admin / MBA

· Good data analytics and data management

· Team management experience

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure

· Time flexibility

· Preferably from Immigration and recruitment industry

· Candidates eligible to work full time can only apply

· Familiarity with Zoom/webEx/Video Conferencing/Calendars

Job Responsibilities

1. Build a pipeline of strong, diverse candidates across different roles in various industries namely food and restaurant, hospitality, recruitment and staffing, meat industry, IT, beauty and wellness, automotive, education, farm etc.

2. Work in collaboration with business development team to cater to the hiring needs by determining a strategic approach and bring an innovative solution

3. Liaison with recruiters/agents to source candidates across the globe

4. Participate in and support all aspects of the recruitment process

5. Participate in employer branding and managing social media platforms

6. Hiring, onboarding and inducting new employees for GreenTech

7. Managing a team of recruitment coordinators and administrative staff

8. Prepare corporate correspondence, agreements and presentations to represent the organisation at various platform

9. Reach out /create relationships with prospective employers to understand their interviews.

10. Screen and conduct interviews for selecting candidates

11. Manage and prepare database reports on weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis.

12. Manage departmental budget and ensure consistency

13. Designing and implementing recruitment campaigns

14. Preparing Newsletters/correspondence for business collaboration
