Job Description
GreenTech Resources is currently hiring Restaurant Manager(NOC 0631) for our client based in Saskatchewan, Canada – 02 positions available who is ready to support an LMIA/PNP. GreenTech is a Foreign Worker Recruitment Company based in Regina.
Greentech resources are an established recruitment, immigration and settlement company with its Head office in Regina, SK, Canada. Established in 2016, we have our offices in Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton and Mississauga. Greentech deals in foreign worker recruitment, settlement and immigration processes.
Reports to Chef/partner
Qualifications:
Experience:
*Management, 3 years or more
* POS knowledge
* Wine and spirits (basic knowledge)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
*Â participate in developing standards of operations
* Hires new staff for front of the house and develops training manuals
Daily:
* Review daily reporting, including sales, average guest count, payroll, key item sales, guest check average and effectively communicate to the team all pertinent information and recommends and implements action plans
* Oversee and ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence; log and handle any concerns or comment with timely follow-up
* Internal contact for health inspections at the front of the house
* maintain engagement and build customer relationships and brand affinity
Weekly:
*Prepare weekly P&L and attend one on one meeting with Chef/partner
* Arrange weekly management meeting, set goals and follow up on action plans
* Conduct half an hour one on one meeting with management team
* Maintain budget, maintain weekly forecasts
* Liquor and supplies ordering
Monthly:
* Prepare P&L and attend monthly meeting with head of operations
* Complete reviews and conduct monthly progress update with all brand associates
* Take inventory of goods
Quarterly :
* Prepares for management strategy meeting
* Leadership training
Annual:
* Participates in the annual budget process

*Brand ambassador
