Job Description:

• Provide impeccable service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals by training and coaching employees.
• Create business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic and improve profits.
• Recruit, train and supervise new employees.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with store health and safety rules.
• Develop and execute promotional materials and in-store displays.
• Prepare detailed reports on purchasing trends, customer requirements and profitability.
• Undertake store administration tasks such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
• Develop business strategies to grow our customer base, increase store traffic and optimize profits.
• Achieve sales goals by training, motivating, coaching and providing feedback to salespeople.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store management and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain exceptional store status and visual sales standards.
• Reports on shopping trends, customer needs, profits, and more.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
• Conduct employee performance reviews to assess training needs and develop career plans.
• Resolve any issues that arise from employees or customers (complaints, complaints, etc.).
• Be a shining example of good behavior and high achievement.
• Additional store management tasks as required.

Retail and Wholesale Trade Managers Jobs in Canada (NOC 60020)

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a management role.
• Strong leadership and customer management capabilities.
• Customer service oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Good communication and communication skills.

Terms of Employment:

• Full time
• Permanent
• 40 hours per week
• Day, Evening, Shift, Overtime, Morning

Salary: $30.00 – $33.23 per hour

Required Years of Experience: 1 year to 2 years of experience or in related field.
