Job Description

• Establish customer technical needs  and recommend appropriate products.
  
• Explain complex technical information to customers in an easy to understand manner.
  
• Follow up with customers and resolve any issues that may arise.
  
• Inform customers  about new technology and products.
  
• Compile proposals and reports related to technical products.
  
• Ensure sales targets are consistently met each day.
  
• Make a sales management report.
  
• Update customer communication records  and contact information.

Technical Sales Specialists – Wholesale Trade Jobs in Canada (NOC 6221)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, commerce or a related field.
  
• Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience.
  
• Technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of how the company’s products work.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to identify and track leads.
  
• Special skills in selling products and closing every deals. 
• Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
  
• Excellent presentation skills and  professional appearance.
  
• Valid driver’s license and willing to travel far away.

Terms of Employment:

• Full time
• Permanent
  
• 40 hours per week
  
• Day, Evening, Shift, Overtime, Morning

Required Years of Experience: 1 year to 2 years

Salary: $17.00 – $29.81 per hour
