Job Description

  • To research and implement solutions, consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
  • In response to identified difficulties, provide users with advice and training.
  • Gather, organize, and keep a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • In response to identified difficulties, provide users with business system, network, and Internet support.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, including installing or ensuring the proper installation of cables, operating systems, or software.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Communications Technology/Technician
  • Computer and Information Sciences, General Information Technology
  • Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services


Required Years of Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Salary: $21.15 – $32.20/ Hour
